Our Firm

Our law firm offers intellectual property and related business legal services. Our expertise includes, but is not limited to, trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, domain names, and entertainment issues.

We are located in the Upstate of South Carolina, but we have associated offices across the United States. Many of our clients are found across the country as well as overseas.

We help our clients "perfect" (obtain) their patents, copyright registrations, and trademark registrations and protect other intellectual property rights. We also assist our clients in asserting (enforcing) their intellectual property rights or defending against infringement accusations.

I'm Ben Klosowski. I graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and flew in the U.S. Navy, both on active duty and in the Navy Reserves. I agree with President John F. Kennedy who said,

"[A]ny man who may be asked in this century what he did to make his life worthwhile, I think can respond with a good deal of pride and satisfaction: 'I served in the United States Navy.'”

After hanging up my country's uniform and putting away my silver oak leafs, I became an engineering center manager and program manager, and eventually, an intellectual property attorney. I now also feel pride and satisfaction in knowing that I've helped my clients protect and preserve their intellectual property rights.
